Users may enroll in recurring delivery services.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected schedule.

Managing subscriptions:

- Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, please submit a request through our designated request form.
- If you would like to skip an upcoming delivery instead of cancelling your subscription, you may submit a request through the same request form.
- All cancellation, skip, and issue requests submitted through the request form are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
 

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We are not responsible for errors or security breaches occurring through third-party payment processors.
 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales are generally final once orders enter production or preparation.

Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in cases including:

  • Fulfillment errors

  • Product quality concerns

  • Delivery issues caused by our operations

Requests for assistance should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
 

8. Delivery

Delivery services may be offered within designated service areas.

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring safe delivery access at the designated location

We are not responsible for products that become damaged, stolen, or compromised after successful delivery.
 

9. Cottage Food or Home Production Disclosure

Products may be prepared in a home kitchen or facility that may not be inspected by state or local health departments, as permitted under applicable cottage food or small-scale food production laws.

By purchasing through the website, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure where applicable.
 

10. Food Safety and Allergy Notice

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Wheat

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Nuts

  • Seeds

Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us before placing an order.

11. Delivery Timing

Delivery windows may be provided as estimates and are not guaranteed exact times. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Operational constraints

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

 

12. Porch Drop / Contactless Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, deliveries may be completed using contactless drop-off at the delivery address provided by the customer.

By placing an order, you authorize us to leave the order at the delivery location if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery.

Once delivery has been completed at the specified location, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for items that become lost, stolen, damaged, or compromised due to environmental conditions after successful delivery.
 

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of La Croute and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Croute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Croute from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.


16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
