Return & Cancelations

1. Subscriptions

Users may enroll in recurring delivery services.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected schedule.

 

Managing subscriptions:​

- User can cancel active subscription. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, please submit a request through our designated request form.

- User can skip next delivery. If you would like to skip an upcoming delivery instead of cancelling your subscription, you may submit a request through the same request form.

- All cancellation, skip, and issue requests submitted through the request form are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
- Changes must be made prior to the cutoff period before the next scheduled billing or fulfillment date.

 

2. Refunds and Cancellations for one time orders

Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales are generally final once orders enter production or preparation.

Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in cases including:

  • Fulfillment errors

  • Product quality concerns

  • Delivery issues caused by our operations

Requests for assistance should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

All sales are final.
